Motivating your team is essential for increasing productivity. Here are 5 strategies to motivate your teammates:

1. Appreciation and recognition: Recognize a job well done. It doesn’t have to be elaborate; a simple ‘thank you’ will suffice. Demonstrate to your employees that you are aware of, and appreciate their efforts.
